Time to Reapply?

So i applied to schools this cycle and with a rejection today from Tufts I am thinking my chances of getting an invite this late is pretty much over. I am still under review at 4 schools and havent heard from an addition 3 since I sent my Fall 2007 grades. This maybe because I applied by mid october, kinda late.

My LORS are all with my undergrad bio advisor and I have not seen any of them. During this cycle he sent them out to all my listed schools as a committee package. There are about 6 letters and I have not read any of them.
I want to resend those LORs when i reapply in addition to a few newer ones from my current professors in my post-bacc program. Should I ask my advisor to resend them for me this new cycle?? Or should I have him send the folder to me? If i do this I will obviously have seen my LORS and i am worried they will lose their merit. I just dont want him to retire or soemthing and lose my file or anything. They are my only copies.

just ask your advisor to resend them if you plan on applying again this quarter.

i agree with you about the merit. so just ask the advisor again.......

Before you reapply check with the schools that you applied whether they keep your file during the next cycle. I believe there schools that will keep applicant files instead of throwing them out right away.

i would wait another month or so. it;s not over until they tell u sorry no more room, so just hang in there. but make sure if ur reaplying to be early, it make a big diff.
