that depends on which school you want to apply to. when you know which ones, you'd have to check each website of the school, they'll probably have it under an FAQ's link, etc. some schools are really early (like Oct 1st, about one week). some are much later, around february/march 2008. just note, its generally understood that a large majority of acceptances/interviews are granted by december or so for most schools, so better to be early.

the answer i've always gotten was... AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. cause most of the schools are on rolling acceptance... i guess you can turn them in anytime before the school's deadlines (they're all different... i remember seeing a pdf sort of file on AADAS tho) but it'll just decrease your chances.

I personally set a deadline of September 1st, school should have all the application materials including the secondaries(unless it requires an interview to get a secondary application). Some schools begin reviewing applications in august but I think September 1st is a good deadline to set. It would be unwise to cut it close to the school deadline because by then schools will be filled. This means that the AADSAS application should have been submitted by July 1st. That's the timeline that I have operated on, in actuality I sent my AADSAS in on June 15th and got the application processed and sent on July 23rd. This is a good deadline to set.
