Timeline for Financial Aid

Hello, I just had a quick question about the financial aid process as an incoming MS1.

At this stage, apart from filling out the FAFSA and looking into 3rd party scholarships, are there any other steps I can take for financial aid?

More specifically, is there anything else I should look into besides the FAFSA in order for my school to determine awards?

Some schools require the Need Access and/or CSS profile applications in addition to the fafsa. Have you filled those out? Need Access isn't free so I'd make sure your schools actually require it before you fill it out.
