timeline for pre-december interviews

Any recommendations as to when the latest an application can be esubmitted (with everything in) and still be considered for pre december interviews? Assuming for an avg applicant with avg #'s and supplementals getting in shortly after they are received.

I had my app mailed late august last cycle and didn't have supplemental completed until September or so and received an interview November 18th for my state school. Once there I learned they had already filled more than half the class though so I would not recommend waiting that long.

Are there any ideas floating around as to what is the latest interview date to be considered for a pre-December 1st (or I'm guessing 3rd for this year) admissions offer?

I'm guessing it's mid-November, and perhaps the Admissions Committee reviews the applicants who interviewed to date during the last week of November before extending admissions offers.

Would be curious as to what other people's thoughts are.
