Timeline help?

Hey, I was trying to figure out a timeline of when the best to do every is. I've heard the mention of making sure to get things done "early" but I'm not sure when exactly that is? I'm going into my Junior year this year and I was wondering if someone could help me with a monthly or so timeline of what I should be doing that month as far as preparing an application and when to take the actual test. Thanks!
