I have my application filled out, transcripts en-route, and LOR en-route. However, I am taking my DAT in early July. When should I submit my application (considering secondaries et al.)?

I'm pretty sure you won't have a complete application until you have these scores, but I may be wrong. Not complete=not considered for admission.

You can submit now if you would like, you don't need your DAT scores to submit. Secondaries will vary by school as each of them have different timelines (submit when you submit your app, wait to be contacted, secondary only if you receive an interview).
