Does AADSAS open at midnight on June 1st or later that morning and how much is each additional school? Thanks all.

I don't know about the time, and even if it is midnight, does it really matter whether you submit then or at 9AM the next morning? I'm willing to bet it doesn't...
Anyway, for the processing fees it's $60 for each additional school, and check the table on pg. 39 of this pdf for your total based on how many schools you're applying to.

I wouldn't wait up until midnight. A lot of people did last year, but AADSAS didn't open until about 9-10 AM (I was on Mountain Time). Also, it won't matter if you do it at midnight or the next day. However, getting the transcript verification form printed out and getting that going could be critical, depending on your school.
