I wanted to know when my grades would be verified as I am retaking the DAT on June 25 and I am still waiting on a LOR to be sent by my professor, hopefully in a week or so. Also, my GPA is low, 3.19 GPA and 2.9 sGPA, and decent ECs, hoping to get a higher DAT score to help my case. I know that people are going to say there's no chance, etc., but I just to want to roll the dice and try my luck, I will be doing a masters this upcoming year. Should I wait and apply after my I take my DAT on around the 25th or earlier? Also, how long does it take after e-submitting; can I still upload LORs after submitting; I am paying the 65$ for AADSAS to input my coursework to avoid errors. Thanks for any feedback.

You could submit the application and update the DAT scores at a later date. LORs can also be submitted later. As long as you get it in before September you will be considered "early".
But anything you have to input into the application (PS, ECs etc) cannot be touched.
