Timing for sending materials to schools

Hey all, I guess I didn't realize how long it would take AADSAS to process my application and finally send it out...so I have sent my letters, DAT scores, and checks out already. Do you think I'll have to send it all again when the AADSAS goes out ?

I sent out my checks, DAT scores, and letters to all schools in late September. I didn't realize that schools don't start compiling a folder for you until they have your AADSAS application...which I just submitted today. Do you think the schools will have my stuff or will I have to send letters/checks/DAT scores out again?

Where all the checks cashed? I they are then they probably started a file for you, if they are not cashed then you should probably call them up.
