I don't know if this has been discussed but does anyone use any tricks for getting the most out of a vignette? e.g. reading the last sentence for extremely long vignettes

I'd like to hear what a lot of other people might employ.

Read the last sentence first and take a skim of the answer choices. This will give you a general idea of what organ system you're dealing with and what question you're trying to answer, both of which will allow you to read long question stems quickly and filter through unnecessary info
