Tips/Review book for Biochem Board Exam

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
We took the biochem board last week. I found Lippincott's useful to consult while taking the course, but found the BRS series biochem book to be great for filling in all the gaps in info our professors failed to teach us.

Our class had almost no clinical relevance, while the board has a great many clinical vignettes & questions that have to do with tissues/diseases/etc. If your class was like mine, skim the chapters you remember (on all the stupid metabolic pathways, which you do need to know for the exam) & focus more attention on the sections that concern tissues, disease, and physiology-esque items. The BRS book helped me out a lot (in this regard) on the biochem board exam.

good luck
