As December approaches and students have to make decisions on which schools to attend, I think it's important to have a realistic picture of what it's going to be like graduating with 400K+ debt. There has been a lot of posts saying "dont go into dentistry" and I think these posts are definitely needed to show that dentistry isn't all sunshine. However it would be nice to see dentists that are actually content with their decision to be a dentist, even after taking on huge amounts of debt. If you are a recent graduate and you're NOT happy with your decision to pursue dentistry, I kindly ask you refrain from posting on this thread, as there are other posts available for that.
