I'm genuinely curious about this, and yes this post was written as a byproduct of what's happening right now. 🙂
I find that there are certain times of the day where I feel tired and would otherwise not be very productive. However, I've also noticed that if I take a break to do something else that interests me, I can go on for a long time doing that, so I highly doubt it's a matter of productivity. For example, I'm fairly lethargic in the afternoon, although I could probably spend the afternoon reading a book or surfing the net for fun without a thought.
Of course things like sleep and eating a lot can contribute to tiredness, but in terms of work I'm wondering how much of it is also a mental factor.
What are your thoughts on this? Also, if you're tired what kinds of ways to do re-energize (at any time of day/night)?
