Hey guys, I need advice... I signed up for 6 credits of English comp. because my previous coursework is listed as liberal studies and I don't want to go thru the hassle and doubt of whether it will be accepted for pre-reqs. But, the courses I signed up for basically overlap, so I've been told to drop the easier of the two. Should I sign up for a 300 level writing course (which would maintain me at 19 credit hrs) or take it during summer II.
If I add the 300 level it will have to be an 8am course...but, the prof is cool. Of course, it would be nice to drop the overload while I'm shadowing, studying for DAT, and applying. The DAT is very important for me due to my previous undergrad GPA (have a 4.0 thru 3 semesters right now). The refund would be sweet too. The drop would not show up on my transcripts at this point. So, I'm very tempted to drop...I'm worried about possible interviews conflicting with the class this summer though. Has anyone had experience with scheduling interviews during summer school. Also, my cum GPA will barely be above a 3.0 (sci 2.9, BCP 3.4), so, should I even be worried about getting early interviews? The prof who might teach the summer course is also supposed to be a really hard grader, etc.
Sorry so long, but what would you guys do?
