just want to wish you a good weekend of study!

it's been about 2 months that I'm studying for this ****, apart from all my friends who are at the beach or going to useless classes just because I believe that going to U.S. will make me a better doctor and a better person. yes, here health is available to everyone for free, yes we have top notch hospitals and yes we earn good money here. but I still believe that going to u.s. will be good for me. that's why I'm closed at home studying and hoping for this to end! just studying for step one taught me that medicine is much more deep than I thought it was and pushed me to levels that I never thought I could reach! I'm getting a little tired of this all, and I bet you are too but keep strong because this will have an end someday and when that day comes you'll want go look back and feel that you give your best. this sounded cliche and bull-****ed but at these difficult times we must have some catch phrases to move on. I hope to be sucessful in my task and I wish you the best success as well!

Because a lot of times when people say "I feel the same", it's not really 100% the same 😉 But here it really is... I'm from europe as well and although I'd have a more than decent life here (e.g. resident work hours of 60h/week, I think going to the US will make me a better doctor.
