What is the secondary about? (the one you have to fill out at the interview)
Is it like fall semester grades or activities you have done after submitting application?

Any changes to you AADSAS application since you submitted it. I brought a copy of my AADSAS with me and updated anything that had changed... which was just a summer class grade since I couldn't update until the update period.

I just signed mine and turned it back in because I had no updates. Really not a big deal.
