There is this program I really want to go to,as it is close to where my spouse and I live. I'm an IMG. I felt the interview went really well and the PD asked me to keep in touch.He took note of the fact that I didn't want to move too far and this would work perfect for me.This was in October.I mailed thank you letters but did not get any reply,I thought well,they probably dont typically respond. An AMG who interviewed there more recently got a personal letter from them saying some nice things about how she would fit in etc.. now,keeping in touch with one person but not another..is this because they didn't like me(I'm still an IMG and this was an AMG-majority program) or because they think I'm going to rank them high anyway so why bother? Should I worry? thanks.

You're overthinking this. It's impossible to tell what it means, and in any case there is nothing you can really do about it. Maybe they like that other person better. Maybe not. Regardless, feel free to send them one more note stressing your interest .... "I have recently finished all of my interviews, and after researching all of my choices your program will be my top choice. Blah, blah, blah..."
