My husband finally matched this year!!🙂
So our next step is to buy a home.
He recently received his contract and he has to send it back to the program.
So my question is what paper work do we bring to show proof of employment and income to see if we qualify for a loan?
And if anyone could tell us what banks are doing loans for physicians
since BOA does not do them no more?
I hope someone can help out
thanks again to all

I qualified for a refi using an offer letter from the new employer -- printed out on their letterhead, signed, showing annual (future) compensation. Not sure what else would be available for you to bring showing household income? Could not hurt to bring a contract.

But my suggested first step would be to contact a few lenders by phone, see what they can offer for physician loans, and ask what type of paperwork they'll require.
