I enrolled in a medical assistant front office internship in high school and worked with a dermatologist for some time. I thought it was quite meaningful. But I never did anything related to med asst. after high school.
I have 14 activities on my app so far- and room for 1 more. Is it worth listing it? or high school activities shouldn't be listed at all?

Thanks in advance!

High school activities shouldn't be listed at all.

(Unless it is a major accolade on the scale of an olympic medal)

You can mention it BRIEFLY as a way to highlight your continued interest, commitment, etc to the medical field but that's about it. Generally, HS stuff doesn't really matter.

I believe the instructions in the Experiences section specifically state to include only post-high-school activities. This activity, since it was meaningful to you, sounds like something you should discuss in your personal statement.
