Hi so I'm waiting to hear back from NOVA, I interviewed on December 9th and I haven't heard back since, no AADSAS updates, no mails, no emails, and I was told at the interview that I would hear back early January. Do any of you know how the admission committee process works? Like what does this mean? Is this a bad sign, basically rejection? Any input would help a lot thank you very much!

It doesn't sound great, but remember that early January was only the first time you could hear from them. If you have not been rejected then obviously you're still in the running. If this is a top choice of yours then let them know. Nova is a school that appreciates/favors students who show interest in the school. Stay positive!
