To release or not to release?, please help

I took both USMLE and COMLEX step 1, did great, but I went down 80 points on my COMLEX 2... I am applying for ACGME anesthesiology programs, and I'm not sure if I should release or not release my COMLEX transcript to ERAS and the programs I apply to....will it look like I'm trying to hide something... or do most students in my case not release untill after interviews?
