To study with a class for USMLE Step 1?

1. Perhaps most people here study on their own, but has anyone here had success with an in-person review course for the USMLE Step 1, while taking your med school course work?

2. Have the major review courses for USMLE Step 1 EVER been offered in Philly?

I will be an incoming med student. I realize this is a shortened version of my earlier post, which did not get much response. Thanks.

If you are an incoming medical student, you should focus on doing well in your first year and a half. Think about Step I much later on.
