Okay..
so my prof asked me to TA for his general chem classes next semester...only problem is my schedule...
next semester i'll have three labs, i do at least 10hrs a week at the NICU (volunteering) then I spend another afternoon volunteering at a handicap horse backing riding facility and next year im the treasure of the pre-med club...everyone tells me that I'm spreading myself but i dunno...i have cell organic and phsyics next semester so i just reallly wish i know how the workload was going to be! if i knew that i could judge better!

Tell him you'd like to but your schedule is way to busy. Learn to say no to people--it makes life a lot easier.

How about being a part time TA? My undergrad had plenty of TAs who did this. You could do any combination of proctoring, grading, office hours, teaching lab/section. It's a good way not to spread yourself too thin and still have this awesome experience on your resume.

That's an idea...I think I'll talk to the professor tomorrow! I'll see what he has available in comparision to my schedule!! thanks for the input
