Hello to every one. Is it easy to skip a couple of questions (about 30) in the same section while taking the dat? For instance I would like to take the Organic part of the natural sciences before I take the Gen chem Part. And in the PAT section, I prefer to do the cubes, angles and paper folding before I do the first and last part of the PAT section. Again how easy is this?

its hard to skip 30 questions, b/c you will be sitting there pressing next 30 times. :scared:

On the PAT section, I skipped 15 questions (evil angles) and had no problems. It only took about 10 seconds to do -- I just kept pressing 'next' until the angles were gone. If you have used TopScore or DAT Achiever, the software behavior experienced with those packages is very similar to that of the real DAT.

Just do what you're comfortable with! 🙂

i agree w/ the time wasting thing...try n train urself to go thru the sciences as is. it mite be possible as long as u get comfortable w/ how the system works n ur timing. just as a tip tho, i had lots of extra time on the practice tests but used all my time on the real thing.

watever works best for u is wats important....do ur thing! 👍
