However the SDN family must unite before school starts! I don't know Maryland very well so if anyone has suggestions, please share! I'm thinking sometime in June?? Any thoughts?
 
I know I've posted in other places, but I have to say that I am so happy, right now! All is right, no better, with the world!

Congratulations! I don't think I can say it any better than the ton of people who have before me, but still... You're incredible. It is so amazing to see your persistence finally pay off. My mom has always said that I am the most persistent person she knows, but I think you put everyone to shame! Your acceptances were the first thing I talked to my parents about when I woke up this morning. My mom has definitely heard about you before, so she was really thrilled to hear the good news (along with everyone else)! Good luck with the big move! 😀

Yeppers! I wont feel confident until I have the cashed seat deposit check back at the bank. (Hence why I havent posted in the successful applicant thread) Plus, after so many years its hard to really believe this is all happening. But I will say this, since the "phone call" Ive got a permanent smile on my insides. 😀

as a new person on the forum, where may i find your story? it sounds like you have inspired SO many people, and i sure could use a little inspiration my self! i've never been to a forum where one person had so many fans, so i'm sure you're acceptance is incredibly well-earned!

🙂🙂Once again LVT, I am beyond words happy for your acceptance. I actually do not even know your full story, but from the way the people here revere you, I just knew you were someone to root for, and someone that simply needed to be accepted into a program, even if "rules were bent" so to speak. I do not mean that at all in a bad way, only that sometimes an individual comes along that does not have the A,B or C qualification, yet rather has that certain something that makes them (I DO mean you) so overwhelmingly right for the position that you simply must be included. From what you said earlier about talking to the director of admissions, they as well have seen the light! You are who we need in our profession. Welcome, from the bottom of my heart. So, can someone provide a link to LVT's bio, if just so the rest of us can feel inspired? Sorry, I am apparently fairly new here.
