Just to add a little more, GENERALLY, if you have stayed in US, Canada or any other English speaking countries for 3-6 years (roughly, varies from school to school), you are opt out of TOEFL. And many schools require about the range of 85-100 iBT for pharmacy college.

one thing you might also want to check is that some schools will require a minimum of 20 or so on each section of the TOEFL (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) so even if your score is 100, if you score below 20 on one of the sections, your score won't be good enough.
