Hello,


Can anyone advise me on taking the toefl. Basically I want to enter residency next year and would like to know if It's possible to take toefl in time to apply for the ecfmg csa before it changes to the new USMLE CS . Your replies appreciated.

The deadline for the CSA applications is Jan. 6, 2004. Go to ecfmg.org for more details. I don't think you will be able to take and receive the TOEFL results prior to that.

i took toefl not that long ago, as for what i know you have to call the nierest testing center that you can get from the toefl web...as of advise just realy prepare on the listening section...i thought that they made it hard on purpose, the tape sounds like very old and it's realy hard to even hear anything...the rest is prety easy but even if you feel good with your english it's good to review a little since you want to get at least 250 on it...good luck.😀
oh and if you write your essay on the computer the results are mailed realy fast, not even two weeks and i got mine....
