Tone & Inference in DAT

what kind of passage (science or non-science) have you been getting when it asks about tone or inference questions?

I took DAT today and my RC passages were 2 science passages and 1 non-science. Passages like what researchers have found about certain things...so if you practice reading science sections like in NY times or science magazines, I think it would help.

There are still many "finding information" questions compared to inference questions... probably 7:3 ratio for each passage from my test.
