Too late to add programs?

For TY, I would like to get some more interviews. I see lots of the programs I would add have 12/1 deadlines. But is it even worthwhile now to add programs? Have most interview invites gone out? I added 3 TY programs on 9/22 and still haven't heard from them.

Worthwhile depends on how much you value the money it costs. You certainly have less chance to get invites from places that have already invited their first batch of invitees, as a lot of the interview slots are spoken for. But if it's before the deadline, it isn't necessarily a zero chance. Cancellations do happen.
