too late to apply?

Wanted to know what you guys think about just starting the application process. I switched to Medical in my sophmore year and thus was behind with the pre-reqs...I am taking the MCAT in January and will have my score back by the end of Feburary. I should have my Primary application done by the middle of Feburary. I know that its too late for a lot of the schools but some schools like Touro and what not offer deadlines for the primary application up until the middle of march. Do you guys think I still have a shot with a overall GPA of 3.67 sciences of about a 3.45...and assuming I do ok on the MCAT?

haha, youre gonna just now be turning in your primary? save the bling bang and just wait another 6 months so you can be early for the 2008 cycle. no needa waste all that bling with an okay GPA and an unknown MCAT score.
