Ok recently changed major from Exercise Science to Biochem.

Genetics w/lab
Physiology (400 level)
Portuguese
African Studies
Advanced Organic Chemistry
Biological Calc.

I am a junior.
 
Depends on the person. We can't tell you if it's too much. Only you can know that.

I had a semester that was pretty rough (busier than the one you posted) and I made it through just fine. I wish I'd taken less during that semester simply because I wasn't left with as much free time as would have been ideal, but was it doable? Certainly.
 
I would take one class less, but I'd keep all the science classes. If it's fine, do more next semester.
 
I was lucky enough to do pretty well my first year of medical school, yet just looking at that lineup of classes you've got gives me palpitations. It seems obscene to me, but I guess if people are saying they did that and more - hey, I guess it's doable.
