I wish I had some advice to give you, but I'm in the same boat as you, and worrying about my acceptance. My GPA is a bit higher, but my TS on the OAT is lower than yours.
I took the OAT the same day as you, and I'm glad to see that I was not alone in the bio. I also scored 40-50 points lower than I had been consistently scoring on the opted/kaplan/destroyer practice exams. I assume that on the same day, you have the same test right?
