So I took the part two series of biochemistry at a community college because it was much cheaper than a university after I got my bachelors. Does anyone know how that works... do I send two transcripts to Optomcas?

Yup, have the cc send the transcript to optomcas. When it comes to filling out the coursework on optomcas, you will have to add the cc grade under its own catergory seperate from your other undergrad work. The grade is added in your gpa like any other grade though (it has the same weight). I took 3 cc clases during the summer for the same reasons as well, and so far no school has ever questioned me as to why I took them at a cc =)

i took nearly all my pre-requisites from 3 different community colleges. no one questioned it and i got in my #1 choice.
