I just took the test yesterday and I must say, it was alot easier than I expected. Most of the questions were not as difficult at Qbank, so if you did qbank and read all of the explanations, you should be fine. My overall qbank score was a 71% for those who are in to correlations. My exam was extremely heavy in Pathology and of all things, immunology. I used Goljan Rapid Review for Path along with his lectures and I must say....He is right on the money. Probably 20 of the cases I had on the test were verbatim from his Kaplan lecture. I even had a pic of a hypersegmented neutrophil (B12/folate). There was alot of Endocrine related questions....thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal related questions (i.e. differentiate pituitary Cushing's from corticosteroid use). I had alot of graphs with regards to physio and pharm. None were too difficult. The micro was straight forward (gram + cocci in clusters) hmmmmm. There were a few molecular bio ?'s that I had absolutely no clue on...maybe 15 total on that subject. Behavioral science was mostly physican/ pt relationship ?'s. I had only 1 embryo ?, 2 or 3 straigh histo ?'s. The anatomy ?'s were simple except for a few. However, I do have a strong backgroup in anatomy. Overall, the test I very doable. In my opinion it was easier than qbank. I came out of it feeling like I did very well so I hope that is a good sign. I wish everyone on here the best of luck and thanks for all the advice throughout my preparation.
