I hope not because I applied to UK today. However, we are a little behind with the application process. I would suggest calling the programs before applying because UVA has a cap on their applicants and I am sure there may be other programs with this policy. I just hope it isn't the norm because I added a few programs in the latter part of last week as well. I have been told by several residents to contact the programs a few days after they upload your info to ask if they need any additional info from you. In theory, this may bring attention to you and give you an opportunity to express your interest. Who knows? I just want to match so that I don't have to participate in the scramble. Best of luck.
