Does anyone have first hand experience regarding the top three most structured SMPs?

example: faculty support, small class sizes, research opportunities abound, lots of hand holding, little to no intra-classmate competition (those who are in the same program), LOR, and constant advising are all good criteria that qualify an SMP to be "hand holding-esque" also - classes aren't entirely weeding-out based.

I'm looking for the top three pamperers.
