From my experience, PCOM, LECOM, and RVUCOM seem up there. Most established ones are decent. MSUCOM is ranked highly from primary care by USNews and I’m sure it’s decent too.
Someone make an official looking website with their official DO school rankings. You’ll hit traffic for sure.
