How likely is it for someone graduating from a DO school with a great USLME board score (240+) to get into a killer residency at Penn or etc? just asking for the hell of it.
 
It's USMLE.

Pick a prestigious hospital and look at their resident listings. It doesn't take long to find a DO. I know you'll find DOs at Mayo, Cleveland Clinic, etc.

Is DO the BEST way to get into a prestigious residency? No, we're ninjas, not prestige ******. We like going unnoticed.
