Hey guys

I purchased the TopScore CD couple weeks ago. I tried to run the program on my computer. This message showed up: " You do not have the access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please re-run this installation from an admisnistrative account." What does that mean?? I contacted TopScore and they were very rude about helping me. One of the technicians said that I need to clear out all the login passwords in order to intall any programs. I also tried downloading it from the website and the same message showed up. I think there's something wrong with my computer. So I decided to test with the Kaplan PAT CD and it worked with no problem. Can someone please help me??? Thanks!

try logging into windows using the "administrator" username and try it. your computer's permission's settings need to be changed.
