anyone know which programs are toploaded versus bottomloaded (i.e. you operate more early on or later)?
does community correlate with bottom and university with top or does it vary from program to program?

Dang, after reading the title of the thread I thought this was gonna be about "gifted" females.

despite the loaded nature of this threads title (apologies, didn't think before i wrote), i'm sorta interested in starting it up again.

anyone have any info?

thanks.

In addition to what Kim stated above, this is a question that should be answered at each interview as you go -- I'm not sure how to find this information out before you apply, or something like that.

Also, think about how you will use this information. I found as I interviewed that this issue didn't really matter to me -- most programs I interviewed at would have trained me excellently, regardless of how much I saw the operating room the first year. I realized that this wasn't really an important issue to me personally. But for other people, they may feel differently
