With a week until judgement day, is topscore really a must or maybe potentially discouraging? I really don't have good access to a pc which is also an issue, but does anyone think my time would be better off spent cramming through the destroyers, ap bio, and cdr instead?? And I know a lot of people say it's really good for timing, but I actually feel really confident with timing on the sections. Thanks

Its tough to say...

You still have a solid week of studying left, I think you should get TopScore take the test, and see what sections of the DAT you perform more poorly on, then I would spend the next week mainly focusing on those sections. Your DAT may be completely different than the topscore and you could do much better on the DAT then compared to topscore. I think it would be good to see were your potential weaknesses are before the test.

If you need a confidence booster you can always take a Kaplan DAT test right before your real DAT test, I found that kaplan seemed to have the easiest tests!

Good Luck!

Get Topscore to see where you're at in regards to the sciences and work off that. You may think you know everything until you get a score. I think you should've gotten topscore wayyyyyyyy earlier.

Invictusx and I like to agree on everything regarding to studying strategies since we both had to cram for the exam in 4 weeks. One week IS a lot of studying time left over, and if you could get TopScore, you definitely should. The PAT section, in particular, I found to be valuable simply because the way things were drawn was more similar to the real DAT (but the questions were slightly easier in difficulty though). Plus, it's hard to find practice for the reading section, so TopScore offers good practice too.

Lane138 isn't kidding when Lane138 (hahahaha, no specific pronouns will be used here) said we both crammed within 4 weeks. Commit yourself for that week and you will excel! I actually found Topscore to be extremely unrepresentative of the actual exam. I used to score 23 and 22 in RC on those and fell in the pits on the actual exam. Maybe I was brain dead--heck, oh well.
