my topscore just expired, i bought it in may, this shouldnt be happening. anyone else encounter this problem? i sent them an email on their support page so im waiting for them to get back to me. anyone have any ideas how to get around the expiration someway?

does topscore expire after you start using it? and how long does it last once you start using it...that really sucks...

its supposed to expire like 7 months after the purchase date, im pretty sure it doesnt matter when you install it. but i have no idea why mine went nuts on me today.

ok they got back to me already, VERY quick service, and its fixed now

Yeah, I like how on the outside of the disk, it says: You must properly set your system clock for this program to work. If you still want to use the prog, set back your system clock a couple of months, it should probably work.

no, cause i tried that. well at least once it has expired, you cannot change your system clock. however, if you know when it will expire, you may be able to change the clock before the expiration occurs.

a simple registry edit...to change the install date? Not that I would do that or recommend to anyone else to do it... 🙂

reinstall windows, also there is someone on ebay selling pirated copies of this software on cdr

Hey all,

Although I work for ScholarWare and try and help our customers through this form (and am a dental student btw), please resist the temptation of supporting software piracy (I like my part time job....this company is good to me). We really support all our legit customers and their continued use of the software is almost never compromised.

If you go to ebay or other illegal copies, the risk of software not working is very high and you will have wasted your money in an effort to save a few bucks. The software price is pretty reasonable and it's probably time to start developing good business ethics. As doctors, especially dentists, there are ample opportunites to cheat others, government, etc. We don't want these types of collegues.

Good luck to all with getting in.-Jason, Customer Support

just uninstall topscore then reinstall it. do the custom uninstall and remove all associated files, and then reinstall it. then your good for another 6 months.

mine hasnt expired yet. but i had taken all the tests so i reinstalled it so I could take the tests over. you should give it a shot and let us know. im sure that will work, and it wont hurt to try.

i got mine to work again, i emailed scholarware and they gave me a patch for it, so its working now. but when it expires i will try it if i remember.

Blah, blah, blah. You should really try preaching somewhere else.
