Topscore isn't working

I installed Topscore like a month ago and decided to check it out today. however, after I unlocked it using my license key a sign appears saying my key is valid. Cool, so I clicked okay...and then nothing! has this happened to anyone? I'm at a dead end in this program and I don't know what is going on 🙁

After throwing myself on my bedroom floor and crying for the last ten minutes, I opened up Topscore again and by some miracle, it is working 🙂 so so happy! Hopefully my first practice test will go well tomorrow!
