I know Achiever is apparently harder. I have both Topscore and Achiever and was wondering what test to take as my FIRST full length practice exam. I want to get the most out of each test. What test do you think is a good first test? Topscore of Achiever?

I would do a topscore full-length first. I did the one in the Kaplan book before I started studying, but I did not write on the test or review it. After a few weeks of studying, I went back and re-took the test (i skipped the RC because I remembered the passages). I thought this method was really helpful because i was able to see my improvement and I did not feel like I wasted a practice test on a trial run.

I would save at least one topscore until the very end of studying as I think it is the best representation of the actual test day experience. Achiever is good for pushing your limits, but I thought the real DAT was easier.
