I understand that torque is F*distance, but do the rules of Newtonian physics even apply to cartoons?

You have to use Disney Physics to solve this question, since it has cartoons on it. The trial section of MCAT is based on Disney physics. And Newton was the biggest cartoon. Ha ha ha.....just kidding. He was a great guy. Rutherford, planck, hisenberg, Mendeleev, Bohr, schrodinger, Leibnitz.........awesome people.......way too crazy, all of them........
