A hospital I am thinking of working at changed their RVU based bonus from total RVU to wRVU while paying the same dollar amount per RVU.

Can anyone give me an estimate of what the average difference between total and work RVUs are. I saw a chart and it looked extremely variable. Even at wRVU = 80% of total RVU it would be a large difference in compensation.

I searched old blogs and was unable to find an answer.
