I interviewed back in October and I'm currently on the high alternative wait list. I have another back up school, but I really want to go to Touro. What are my chances of getting in? And how soon will I hear from them? I'm giving myself a deadline of June or mid July the latest because I need to make plans to move. Should I expect to wait past July?

When was your interview in October? I find it very hard to believe that the committee would start putting people on the waitlist that early on in the process. Have you contacted the admissions office at all?

Have you contacted the school to let them know that you want to go there so badly? They probably assume a lot of waitlisters got in elsewhere and will decline acceptances. It wouldn't hurt to show your interest...I don't know if it would open up an extra spot, but it couldn't hurt.

I interviewed in November and was placed as a high alternate. Steven Davis called me last Friday and offered me a spot for the upcoming Fall. I declined so I'm sure there will be more calls coming for those on the waitlist. So hang in there!
