Has anyone interviewed there yet? I understand it is a panel of interviewers and a panel of interviewees. This seems relatively spooky - although I did interview for my current job in that format.

Is anyone giong to be interviewing there on Oct. 15?

Hi Sugar,

I'm pretty sure that the 15th is the first round of interviews (you will be among SDN friends though - look for JohnDean). I've heard that the panel format is actually better because you don't get grilled as much (all of the pressure is dispersed among candidates). Check out interviewfeedback.com.
