I am on the waitlist. I got an anonymous call yesterday morning (8/15) at 10:57 am too. I didn't pick it up in time, and there was no message. Your post makes me wonder... I rarely get a blocked/anonymous number...
Wow.. I'm so sorry to hear that. That is probably the worst possible thing that could happen! I'm sure they will offer you early accept for next year though.
Now that I think of it.. I got a private call on the same day, but when I answered I had lost connection and figured whoever it was would call back.... but they didnt.
