Was quite impressed with it, though for several generic reasons. The admissions director, Roger Corbman, is extremely helpful and does a good sell job for the school. The students were enthusiastic about attending the school. I thought the school (despite the building's appearance) has the appropriate facilities for a class of that size, and the whole experience just seemed *comfortable* from the interview process to the surrounding areas.

That being said, however, I must reiterate that those are some pretty generic reasons; though I guess they're as good as any. Ultimately, you want to be comfortable spending the next four years of your life somewhere!

Just found out I was waitlisted.
*cry*
Why can't this process just be easier?
I have been waitlisted (at least initially) at every school at which I've interviewed. 🙁

That's too bad, I know you really like the school. Now I'm even more freaked out about my interview... it would have saved us both a lot of worrying if you just got accepted😉

Everything seemed to go really well during my interview.
I'm pretty sure they're just concerned about my undergraduate GPA. It wasn't very good at all. My graduate GPA (3.9, all science) helps me out, and I was hoping it would be enough.

I guess I just have to keep fighting. :/

Damn, I wanted to here that you got accepted so I could breath easier next Friday when I have to open the email. There were 13 of us there yesturday. What do you think the chances are to get off the waitlist? I love the school and really want to attend. Let's hope that waitlist moves!! :luck:

I was told that people on the waitlist have a decent chance, depending on where you stand within that waitlist (ie. high, middle, low). Hopefully a lot of people who got accepted to TUCOM -NV also got accepted to other schools...and if they choose that other school, people on the waitlist have the potential of being bumped up! Best of luck to those on the waistlist!
